About The Site
GetAddz.com is for people who want to build there friend count on the popular networking site Myspace. This site enables them to quickly add other members. This enables your friend count on myspace to grow fast. Why having lots of friends on myspace a good thing? It allows you to advertise or network yourself with more people faster. This site skips all the hassle and lets you to simply add people. What is a friend ID and how to find it
This should help with all your questions about logging on to the site.
A friend id is a number assigned to your myspace account when you sign up with myspace. This number is included with every action you do on myspace. this number is found at the end of a url when you are viewing someone's profile, in some cases it will be replaced with a name that you choose.
To find this name click on view profile as shown in the picture below.
Now that you are viewing your profile, look at the address bar in the browser. The number you are looking for is the group of numbers at the end of the address, as highlighted and have a arrow pointing at them in the image blow.

How Getaddz Works
GetAddz is to help build your friend count on myspace. So in order to add people to your friends list you must be logged onto myspace. This site will not work if your not logged in at myspace. We do not get any of your personal info !this is 100% safe !as long as you never give out your email and password to anyone and we will never ask for it. As for your friend ID anyone can get it by viewing your profile and that is the only thing we obtain.
GetAddz is a point based system. We list users based on this point system. So the more points you have the higher you sit on the list and the more adds you will get. There are a few different ways to earn points on the site [earning points]. If you don't feel like earning points you can always Purchase a VIP spot this puts you at the top of the list above all regular users. but if not we do reward people who use the site the top point earners get moved to a top user section right below the vips. if your score enough points you can always trade them in for free VIP [trading in points for vip]. But remember points reset at the end of every day.
Earning Points
There are a few different ways to earn points. Remember getting adds are the main focus and the reason your are here and the more points the more adds. Listed below are the ways you can earn points. You can view how many points and referrals you have on the user stats panel on the left hand side of the site.Blow is a point chart.
1. Adding users - This is the main way of getting points vip users are worth more the regular users, not only does this get you points but it builds your friend count. You can only add 500 people per day, GetAddz will not allow you to add anymore users,this is for your safety because if you add more then 500 myspace will flag your account and they may even delete your account. Blame myspace not us.
2. Posting bulletins - When you post a bulletin and new users click on the bulletin and sign into the site you get points for that it counts as a referral.
3. Banners - Placing banners on your profile / blog / web site where ever you want to put it as like bulletins when people click it come here and sign up you get points, it counts as a referral.
4. Referrals - Referrals are worth the most. not only do you get the most points per referral but we keep a track of your referrals. Both can be traded in for free vip. You get referrals when someone clicks on the bulletins you post rather they are regular bulletins or the train bulletins but also the banners you place around or if they use your referral url that is located on the user stats panel on the left hand side of the site.

Why am I Not Getting Adds
There are a couple of reasons you are not getting adds. The first may be your not log in GetAddz right re log in and try again. Anther way is if you have no points, if this is the case it will put you randomly at the end of the list with the rest of the users with no points remember the more points the higher you sit on the list the more adds you get.
So your logged in and sitting good on the list but still are not getting adds. In most cases this is because your privacy settings are stopping people from adding you check your options and change them to allow people to add you.
Some users set there privacy to require users to know their last name or email in order to add them this will cause people to skip adding you because they ether don't know that information or don't want to take the time out to get it. This can also stop other users from sending you messages.
If you are under the age17 or put that when you signed up for myspace this will make the privacy setting automatically require other users to put your last name or email to add you.
To ensure maximum friend request from people try to rank first on GetAddz. make sure people don't need your last name or email and most important turn of the option that requires people to enter a code in order to add you.
Becoming VIP
Becoming vip is a great thing this puts you before list of regular users and in the vip place it the top of the page. This will by far get you the most adds, not only will you be at the start of the list but when people add vip they get more points then regular users which help them rank higher on the list. So when your vip your worth more .There are three ways to become vip they are listed below. Remember ranking high on the list is important because as users add people they get tired of doing and it has be shown that people sitting lower on the list don't receive as many adds as the people at the begging and as vip your at the top of that list.
1. Trading points for free VIP - Users who faithfully use our site and help bring in other users should get rewarded so when you earn enough points you can trade them in for free vip. Just hit the trade points for vip button on the left hand side and you will be added to vip and the points will be deducted from your points. Remember points reset at the end of the day.
2. Trading Referrals for free VIP - This is a more rewarding then points because new users is what keeps us going so we give reward users more for referrals. when you get enough referrals click on the trade refs for vip button on the left hand side and you will be added to vip and the referrals will be deducted from your referrals.
3. Buying VIP - Are you a busy person and don't have the time to earn the points to get free vip but want the reap the benefits then you can skip all the time and work and just buy a spot in vip. again vip will get you by far the most adds. and what's better then just skip all the hassle and support GetAddz by buying your way to the top.
Purchasing VIP
When buying vip you ensure yourself the maximum amount of adds for your time because you don't spend the time building your rank or points on the GetAddz you also skip all the hassle and work and go rite to the top of list. Also vip are worth more points when added that gives regular users two reasons to add you your rite at the start of the list and your worth more to add.
Vip is sold in a few different packages. When you purchase vip it may take up to 24 hours to take effect, its rare that it will take that long but there are times were it can so don't panic you will get what you paid for.

Verifying my account isn't working
If the verifying your account button isn't working please make sure that your status or name is changed to the correct code. This can be found under the verify code on the left hand side of the web site. Make sure that your profile is set to public or this will not work.
If you have the correct code set to your status or name and your profile is public and verifying is still not working check your profile code make sure that your status or name are not hiding by any code you have put in. Costume profiles can hide the text that displays your name or status, this will stop GetAddz from being able to verify your account. Other custom layout add pictures to your status this will also stop GetAddz from verifying your account. To fix this make them visible and with out a image there verify then set it back to your choosing after you verify.
Removing Account
Want your friend ID to be removed from GetAddz.com, did someone enter your friend ID and you are getting a bunch of adds that you don't want just follow the simple steps below and you will be deleted from GetAddz.com.
In order for this to work you must have your profile set to public, your status or name depending on what one you are going to use are visible on your profile with no images in there place or this will not work. If you have tried both and it still doesn't work please contact us and keep this status somewhere so that we can make sure you are the holder of the account and want it deleted from GetAddz.com if you are VIP this will take you off as your account will no longer exists with GetAddz and you may not be refunded unless otherwise agreed by GetAddz.com .
